Home Sweet Home

I'm back. I moved out of 124 yesterday. It was a sad day. It was full of packing, hauling, and cleaning. It ended with Nichelle and I taking a ton of pictures (that will come later) while we were waiting for our RA to come check us out. I had a lot of fun there throughout the past 8 months. There were a lot of good memories in 124. It's weird to be back home, but good. I will miss my 124 girls and our late night pants parties, our dessert nights, our movies on Saturday morning, our every night is a fondue night. I'll miss checking the door and chaining it shut to make sure Chester doesn't pay us a visit. I'll miss being teased...yes I admit it...I will miss it. I'll miss our theme nights and our roommate dinners. I'll miss waiting up for Kathryn and her boy stories. I'll miss Kristen and "your face" comments. And her ability to make me laugh so easily. I miss Nichelle and her ability to be so logical and to help me be logical too. And of course I'll miss her teasing me. :) I'll miss our honorary roommates Chris and Richard. Thanks for coming over all the time boys. :) But if there is one thing that I've learned this year it's that life is about change. No matter how much we hate it, it has to happen. This coming summer and year are going to be a huge change for me. I've moved back home for 4 months and my two best friends are leaving for two years. My world is starting to turn upside down. It's scary, but I'm ready. So fasten your seat belts and come along for the ride!

I'm SO proud!!

So I have to brag...I pretty much have the coolest mom in the world!!! She is crazy, but I love her. Last October she ran the St. George Marathon, for the second time, in 3 hours 55 minutes which qualified her to run in the Boston Marathon. She's amazing! She loves to run and is so dedicated to it! Yesterday, she ran and finished the Boston Marathon!!!! I'm SO proud of her!! I look up to her so much! I don't know what I did to get such an amazing mom but I'm sure grateful for her. I don't know what I would do without her! I'm so lucky. And I'm so glad that I get to brag about my mom! MY mom ran the Boston Marathon!!! She's the best! She never gave up!! And kept going even when it wasn't easy. I love her. Mom, I'm so proud of you! You did it!!! You're incredible. I hope that I can grow up to be like you! I love you!
