our first roast

We made our first roast on Sunday. Well really Nichelle made it. It was quite the adventure. We had a good time cutting it. By the end you couldn't really tell that it was still a roast but it tasted really good. We even had bbq beef night tonight with the left overs. They were delicious. We have lots of "nights". And we've been having "family" dinners almost every night. And Chris and Richard have kind of joined our family. We love them! You guys are always welcome!
