The Way I Am

You'd think with school over and the fact that I STILL don't have a job that I would blog more, but I've found that I have blogged far less than I did when I was still in school.

I'm feeling pretty discouraged about no job yet. Not to worry though, cause it's nothing a good night's sleep can't fix. I've been applying to places like crazy. I'm crossing my fingers that something will come soon. I even applied to read stories to little kiddies at the library for 3 hours a day for an awesome $10 an hour!! I hope that one works out.

Since I don't have a job I've found that free food is a definite plus! And on Saturday I didn't have to pay for any of my meals. (But I would have bought a hot dog at the BYU softball game, but the concessions was a little retarded). Anyway, I got a free french toast breakfast at Macey's and it was actually quite enjoyable. And I got a FREE hot dog at my ward opening social. (Where I had a girl ask if I was being "for real" when I said I was 19, not for long though) And then I got a free, delicious dutch oven dinner from my home ward girl's camp fundaiser (one of the perks of having my mom as the girl's camp director). And I also got free cake later on in the night, well it was kind of free, I got it for helping take down stuff for the volleyball championship at BYU. So 3 free meals for me! It was just perfect.

I can officially start my nursing (re)application! (As of yesterday). It's not due till the 29th though. But I think I will finish it before the week is over. It will take me probably 2 hours to finish, most of the stuff I've already got done from the first time. I'm crossing my fingers and praying extra hard that come June I'll get an email that says "Congratulations!"

Life still amazes me everyday. You think you've got it all figured out, but then everything changes. Wow. Life is crazy! Life can change so fast in just 365 days. Come what may and love it, right? Just enjoy the journey!
